This lovely three storey cottage, one of four historic 'cluster' houses has been carefully modernised in the heart of Belper's conservation area. Heavily beamed and boasting a large secluded garden. Belper is in the heart of the Amber Valley, an ideal base for visits to the nearby Peak Park with Buxton, Matlock Bath and Dovedale within 30 minutes. Shops and pubs 200 yards.
Ground floor: Lounge with non working range, dining room, kitchen. Narrow stairs to first floor: 2 twin bedrooms each with wash basins, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin. Narrow stairs to second floor: 1 double bedroom.
Near at hand, you’ll find Alton Towers, Crich Tramway Village, The American Adventure, Cromford Mills and Canal, Matlock Bath, Chatsworth, Haddon and Kedleston Halls, Gulliver’s Kingdom, and there’s a wealth of family pubs, restaurants and walking and sporting activities right on the doorstep!
