This fine old stone chapel was built in 1817 and is set in the heart of `The Clusters' conservation area of the Derwent Valley mill town of Belper. It is about 10 miles from Matlock Bath and Ashbourne, and on the doorstep of the Peak District Park. Carefully transformed into a spacious split-level residence, and can accommodate a large party seeking a well-equipped, comfortable holiday base. There's a huge 40ft galleried and beamed lounge. Pubs, bistros and heritage trails at the door, with riverside walks 400 yards. American Adventure, Alton Towers, Chatsworth all under 30 minutes, with climbing, caving and gliding under 20 miles and watersports at Carsington Water 6 miles. The ground floor areas suit partially disabled guests. Shops, pubs, restaurants 200 yards.

Near at hand, you'll find Alton Towers, Crich Tramway Village, The American Adventure, Cromford Mills and Canal, Matlock Bath, Chatsworth, Haddon and Kedleston Halls, Gulliver's Kingdom, and there's a wealth of family pubs, restaurants and walking and sporting activities right on the doorstep!
